On Tuesday, American Medical Association (AMA) Senior News Writer Sara Berg, MS, published an interview with Nigel Girgah, MD, PhD. Dr. Girgah is the chief wellness officer at Ochsner Health and a transplant hepatologist. The interview focused on how Dr. Girgah realized his normal burnout coping techniques would not work during the pandemic, and how the lessons he learned are shared with his health system.
