Certificate of Need Information Session January 17, 2023 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM

MSDC is holding an information session and discussion on the current certificate of need process. Recent changes to interpretations of the statute have caused confusion for some small and private physician practices. MSDC is convening a lunchtime meeting with healthcare attorneys and other interested parties to share information and plan next steps.
