MSDC Past President Dr. Charles Epps has sadly passed away. He was a legend in the field of medicine and a pillar of the Medical Society. The following is current MSDC President Dr. Mattew Lecuyer's statement:

Charles Epps was a momentous figure in medicine and a special person in the DC physician family. Words cannot express the depth of gratitude we have for his presence. The number of people he has guided and mentored in his life is too numerous to count, and our Society is better because of him and his leadership. We extend our condolences and thoughts to his daughter Dr. Roselyn Epps and the whole Epps family, and ask all MSDC members to keep them in their thoughts. MSDC will work this year to celebrate Dr. Epps' life and contributions, and we will have more information in the coming days.
