Sep 2, 2020, 07:36 AM by MSDC Staff
MSDC announces its Board class for next year, including the new incoming president-elect.

On Monday, MSDC officially announced its 2020-2021 leadership slate. As required by the MSDC bylaws, a Nominating Committee composed mainly of non-Directors recommended candidates to fill vacancies on the MSDC Board. All active members should have received an online ballot to vote for the slate.

This year, MSDC is filling an addition AMA delegate and AMA alternate delegate slot. With the growth of AMA members in the District, MSDC this year received an additional delegate, making the total delegation size 6 (three delegates and three alternates).

The MSDC Nominating Committee this year is composed of Executive Vice President Robert Hay Jr.; current President J. Desiree Pineda, MD; President-Elect E.W. Emanuel, MD; Anjali Malik, MD; Sam Kareff, MD, and Roselyn Epps, MD.
