  Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month is held in June to raise awareness about Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. 

  Alzheimer’s disease is the most common cause of dementia and the sixth leading cause of death in U.S. adults, according to the Alzheimer's Association. Alzheimer's and cognitive health impact not only the patient but also caregivers.
