The March Advocacy Curriculum event and forum is on a special topic that is particularly relevant this spring. Frequently MSDC puts out calls to members to testify on legislation or issues before the Council, but how easy is it to actually testify? Two MSDC members will share their experience before the Council, offer tips on how to survive the experience, and discuss why they spent time speaking on the issues they did.
After the presentation, MSDC members are invited to stay on the webinar to participate in the MSDC advocacy forum. Hear from our leadership what issues we are working on, share what issues are important to you, and learn how to get involved.
