Seminar Will Address How to Establish Medical Office Buildings.Increasingly, physicians are purchasing commercial real estate for conversion into medical office buildings in order to expand their existing practices and diversify underlying sources of revenue. Across the United States, and particularly in the DC area, the demand for medical office buildings is high and will continue to soar as medical sectors grow to serve the aging baby boomers. The establishment of a medical office building requires the purchase of a commercial building and construction activity to convert the building into medical office space. To address this trend, MSDC and Arima Capital are presenting the seminar, “Expand Your Medical Practice by Establishing Medical Office Buildings” on Thursday, February 22 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the International Trade Center (1300 Pennsylvania Ave., NW, Suite 700, Washington, DC). There is no cost to attend; dinner will be provided. To register for the event, contact Gina Dennis, phone 202-204-3075 or email gdennis@arimacapital.com. Arima Capital is a national real estate finance firm that assists mid-sized and large businesses in obtaining commercial loans to finance the purchase of commercial buildings and the cost of construction. |
