Member Assessment Survey Planned for May

Just as we need leaders to champion ideas and move projects forward, we need input from members to make sure we are on the right track. 

Earlier this year, MSDC-and a host of other state medical societies, including Maryland and Virginia-partnered with Survey Research Associates (SRA) to conduct a series of surveys this year. SRA specializes in tailored membership surveys using web/e-mail technology.

SRA will help the medical societies develop four surveys in 2005: two member assessment surveys to track opinions on medical society programs/activities; a survey to track how physicians are reimbursed; and a survey to track physician compensation (as it relates to practice management and other operations costs). The first member assessment survey is scheduled to launch in May 2005.
