Tax Guidelines (New Sales Tax Guidelines for DC)

In December 2002, the DC Office of Tax and Revenue (OTR) released new guidelines on the collection of sales tax for hotel services, food, and medical equipment.  The Medical Society encourages its members to review the new guidelines for medical equipment so that they will be in compliance with them.
