MSDCNET

Welcome to MSDCNET, an exclusive benefit of MSDC membership.

NOTE:  MSDCNET is currently UNDER CONSTRUCTION.

Questions about MSDCNET?  Contact David Love, dlove@msdc.org.

This is an electronic mail list, commonly called a listserv, designed to improve communication among Medical Society members. It will give all members the ability to share and discuss events and issues confronting the Medical Society and the DC physician community. It can also be used to electronically disseminate meeting dates, announcements, legislative alerts, agendas, and minutes.

To subscribe to MSDCNET, e-mail Jane Moncrief , the Medical Society's director of communications.  NOTE: MSDCNET is a membership benefit of the Medical Society of the District of Columbia.  For information on joining the Medical Society, contact Barbara Allen, phone 202-466-1800, ext. 103.

Think of MSDCNET as the physicians’ virtual community. It is our opportunity for Medical Society members to network and learn from each other while improving their skills using e-mail, the communication vehicle of the 21st Century.

Each message posted to MSDCNET is sent to everyone on the listserv. Some messages will generate a "thread" of discussion on the same theme. Other messages will start discussions on different topics. Once per day (Monday through Friday), participants will receive a digest of all the messages sent on that day. Note: messages sent after 5pm on weekdays or on Saturday or Sunday will be posted to the listserv on the next business day.

NOTE: To unsubscribe from MSDCNET, simply hit reply when you receive a listserv message and type "unsubscribe" in the subject line.
