What we want is a relationship with our members, with a tight-knit community to support them.

Sharing ideas, building life-long friendships and growing as a physician and leader can be very demanding for a practicing physician.  Especially when you add a responsiblity to have fun and enjoy oneself.  Seeing friendly faces and talking with other members of you profession who will understand, symphatize and encourage you is time-consuming.
